Did you know that walking can make you feel happier? It’s true – exercise boosts your mood, releasing feel-good endorphins while reducing stress and anxiety.
That’s why we have a free walking group for carers in the Bromley borough. Walks will take place on the fourth Thursday of each month at various locations, so why not join us for a walk and enjoy a break, get some fresh air, feel energised and meet other carers?
