Stress Busting Sessions for Carers in 2010

Are you feeling stressed and in need of relaxation?

If so, book a treatment - spoil yourself

Carers Bromley can offer fortnightly therapeutic sessions provided by British Red Cross Therapeutic volunteers. They are trained in basic massage techniques and each relaxing one to one 40/50 minute treatment will cost £7.50.

A range of treatments are on offer:

• Hand and Arm massage
• Neck and Shoulder (given through clothing)
• Manicures

These sessions will be held at our offices at, Caritas House, 2nd Floor Tregony Road, Orpington, BR6 9XA

The above sessions  are in addition to our regular monthly stressbusting services.  All sessions are 50 minutes long at a cost of £7.50 and are available at Orpington and Beckenham.

Treatments available:

• Reflexology, or Indian Head Massage at Beacon Centre, Beckenham, or
• Body and Head massage in Orpington
• Craniosacral Therapy - a light touch ‘hands on’ manipulation therapy which is not a massage which identifies and relieves stresses and tensions.  Available weekly in Beckenham.
