Art Group for Carers

Carers Bromley plans to start a new six-week Art Group (using water colours) for carers early next year.  If you wish to participate in this relaxing and creative hobby, and also meet other carers as part of a regular social group to help ‘recharge your batteries’, please contact Carers Bromley on our helpline number 0800 015 7700 as soon as possible to reserve a place in the group.

Orpington Support Group

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Orpington Support Group which met on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at Cotmandene  Community Resource Centre has now been relocated back to Carers Bromley, Caritas House, Tregony Road, Orpington BR6 9XA.

Tell Us Once

 Bromley Council has teamed up with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to deliver Tell Us Once, a new service that automatically notifies relevant government departments and service authorities of a family's bereavement.

New Dementia Day Care Centre

 Age UK Bromley will be opening the door to its new Dementia Day Care Centre, The Garden Room, on Monday 9 January. The Garden Room will provide a day care service for people aged 50 plus who have dementia. The centre offers a friendly, safe and stimulating environment.
