Wellbeing Workshop

The next free “Five Ways to Wellbeing” workshop for carers will take place at Carers Bromley on Thursday 8th March 2012 from 10am to 12pm.

First Aid Training for Carers

The British Red Cross will be providing a free first aid training session for carers on Thursday, 15th March 2012 from 10am to 1pm at Carers Bromley. Carers will need to wear comfortable clothing, as they will be kneeling on the floor practicing the recovery position and resuscitation. Carers Lunch

A very enjoyable Christmas lunch for carers took place on 7th December at the Ripley Arts Centre. 60 carers attended and were served a freshly prepared meal of roast turkey and seasonal vegetables and the dessert was accompanied by singing from the Breaside School and Scotts Park School Choirs.

Orpington Band

Carers Bromley is very grateful to the Orpington Band for choosing us to be the recipients of donations made at 4 outdoor performances during December. A fantastic £1120 was raised.
