Mission Statement

Our mission is to identify and support 25% of Bromley’s carers by the end of 2013.

As the only generic organisation in the borough that supports carers, and remaining mindful of why we exist, the priority for Carers Bromley is to find more carers to support – and support them well.

Without additional sources of income, we may find ourselves restricted as to how we support these larger numbers but the work of the Financial Strategy sub-group is designed to seek funding, restricted and unrestricted and to implement our fund-raising strategy.

Eventually, we would wish to be able to identify all carers that live in the borough.  We need to educate, inform, train and impress professionals so that they refer carers to us, enabling us to give them the support that they need.
